If you 're interested in volunteering to help out with the CHaOS summer roadshow 2013 (or other CHaOS events in the future), then please fill in the form below to register. (There is no need to register to view the public parts of our website, so if you're just looking for information about CHaOS then click here to go to our homepage.)

If you have an cam.ac.uk (or cantab.net) address then please use this as your e-mail address, as this will allow your registration to be automatically approved. If you don't have one of these, then please contact us.
